Horsham Demons start season with a bang

Going into the final quarter with a 21 point lead was enough to spur the Demons on to boot six goals in the last and take the win from the Horsham Saints.

With a first round loss to Minyup Murtoa the Saints were hoping to have a win early in the season - however the reigning premiers proved the extended break didnt hurt them in the slightest.

The Demons lead at every turn with Josh Mibus playing solidly throughout and contributing to the scoreline with 5 goals of his own.

Joint Coach - Tim Wade said it was good to get back on the track and blow the cobwebs out and personally for himself to be back out there after suffering and achilles injury last year.

The Demons won 14.8.92 6.6.42.
